We manufacture our garments from high-quality 100% combed cotton and develop them to be used for printing. Our key focus when developing our fabrics is quality, softness, comfort, and longevity.
Textile quality makes all the difference to not only the look and feel of a garment, but also the quality of the print. Prepared’s premium combed cotton fabric is superior to carded cotton and is specifically constructed for printing. By working with combed cotton, ink is able to rest neatly on the surface of the garment after printing, as opposed to being absorbed into the fabric. Producing combed cotton garments costs more and takes longer, but we believe in creating the highest quality blanks for our customers.

Our high-quality Jersey Cotton is known for being ultra soft, slightly elastic and for draping well. Our jersey knit is spun from 100% quality combed ring-spun cotton 32-singles yarn. The 32-singles yarn and a 24 gauge knit makes the surface tighter and smoother, delivering exceptional results when printing or embellishing. The fabric is pre-laundered for reduced shrinkage, ensuring seams and sizing remain consistent.
The Brushed Fleece Collection offers a super soft and comfortable fleece for our unisex range. An essential basic, our fleece fabric boasts a smooth face with a super soft, fluffy brushed finish on the other side. For supreme printability and softness, our fleece is made from 32-singles 100% cotton face yarn.
